Bouncing Towards a Better Focus!

Kortney Langes, 5th grade teacher at Oakhurst Elementary has her students “Bouncing towards a better focus”!  Kortney indicated in her grant application that “Students receive a lot of instruction on a day to day basis and I want to find a way for them to respond to learning and not feel exhausted. After doing a lot of research on stability balls in the classroom and talking to teachers who see great success with them, I want my students to have the same opportunity. Not to mention, I also teach 2 STEM programs after school and those students will benefit as well.”

Through the generous support of the community her grant was funded!  Click here to check out her grant.  And check out other great projects waiting to be funded at https://www.fundaclassroom.org .

This grant was 100% funded by community donors! Pictured above are students in learning in their stability balls.
