Working in cooperation with ethics programs at local universities and businesses, the Cove also will provide hands-on opportunities for students to learn how to manage many difficult work/life situations. Through the use of virtual reality experiences, research materials and guest speakers, the Cove is a much-needed resource for the Tampa Bay school and business community.

The Career Cove will assist students by allowing them to:

• Learn about career options that do not require a college education.
• Relate school courses to personal interests and career direction.
• Identify the value and necessity of staying in school as well as the benefits of continuing with some type of post secondary training.
• Experiment with ethical decision-making through a virtual reality simulation.
• Determine the value of proper ethical behavior in the workplace.
• Meet individuals representing different careers.
• Learn about ethical decision-making in business.
• Learn about ethical decision-making in personal life.
