Learn more about Planned Giving
The Seniors & Scholars program provides seniors in Pinellas County the opportunity to learn about the innovative programs of the Pinellas Education Foundation and get connected to education and young people through a variety of events and volunteer opportunities.
Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we do, but we make a life by what we give.” What better way to give than to get involved with the Seniors & Scholars program and have fun in the process!

Seniors & Scholars Breakfast Series – Back by popular demand, this exciting and informative FREE breakfast series offers seniors in Pinellas County an opportunity to enjoy a good breakfast, great speaker, and a tour of two of the Pinellas Education Foundation’s most innovative programs.
Walker’s Rising Stars Show – An evening of outstanding student talent, the Walker’s Rising Stars Show is a scholarship competition for students pursuing an education in the visual and performing arts. The top student in each category wins a $10,000 scholarship.
Volunteer Opportunities – The Pinellas Education Foundation has a variety of opportunities for seniors to volunteer their time, talent or resources. For more information, please contact Fernando Gutierrez at 727-588-4816 ext. 29.
