Instructions

The Pinellas Education Foundation scholarship application process has a total of 12 steps. In these 12 steps we will assist you in supplying all of the required information for a scholarship. At the end of the application process you will be presented with a list of scholarships for which you may be eligible.

  • The deadline for submitting your application is 5:00 pm on December 14, 2007.
  • It is recommended that applicants file a "Free Application for Federal Student Aid" (FAFSA) to obtain a "Student Aid Report" (SAR). Contact the school guidance office to obtain this form. Some selection committees will consider financial need. Financial need does not mean that you must qualify for federal or state financial assistance.
  • Provide specific details about advanced level courses, activities, service learning and awards. Note length of time involved in various activities.
  • Because several scholarships require students to major in a specific program, list your planned major(s) or program(s) of study. Multiple majors can be listed.
  • List colleges, universities, or technical schools to which you have applied, or are applying, and note any schools that have currently accepted you for admission.
