Please complete the information below so that we may send your thanks to your sponsor, and let them know how much their support of your education means to you.  Please use proper grammar, spacing, punctuation, spelling, and capitalization when writing your thank you letters.  Make sure you use the spell check after you type your letter.

Fill in the boxes with the required personal information.  Your student ID number can be obtained by asking your Doorways Ambassador.  The body of your letter under "Dear Sponsor:" should be 2-3 paragraphs long.  You may want to include some of the following information:

• What is your favorite subject in school and why?
• Do you do anything else in school like playing in the band, singing in the chorus, or playing on a sports team?
• Do you have any hobbies or outside interests that you would like to tell your sponsor about?
• Where do you want to go to college or technical school?
• What career do you want when you graduate from college or technical school?
• It is very important that you include at the end of your letter a sentence or two thanking your sponsor for your Doorways Scholarship.
