
A typed cover letter with your name and address.
One (1) letter of reference. This letter should be from your high school tv production teacher or private instructor.
Hard copy of your application signed by your parent or guardian and your high school arts or multi-media teacher. Be sure to list other team members (if applicable) on the online application form. Click here for Release Form.
Signed Release Forms from all students who participate in the production (actors, choreographers, etc.) that are not part of the team applying for the scholarship will be required.
Work must be submitted on DVD to the Pinellas Education Foundation. The entry can be done either individually or collaboratively as a team. The team cannot exceed three students and any video that exceeds 3 minutes will be disqualified. All students must be a junior or senior currently enrolled in a public high school program within Pinellas County Schools. *All finalists must have signed release forms from all non-competing participants; these forms can be downloaded by clicking on the link above. All finalists will be required to attend the Dress Rehearsal & Finals Show at Ruth Eckerd Hall on May 24, 2012.
