Walker Rising Star - Video Arts

Walker's Rising Stars Application - Closed

1. A typed cover letter with your name and address
2. One (1) letter of reference. This letter should be from your high school tv production teacher or private instructor
3. A photograph suitable for printing (head and shoulders) with your name on the back to be used for the show program if selected as a finalist. Photographs may not be returned

Work must be submitted on DVD to WPDS-TV14-Pinellas County Schools Television, located at 301 Fourth Street SW in Largo. The entry can be done either individually or collaboratively as a team. The team cannot exceed five students. All students must be a junior or senior currently enrolled in a public high school program within Pinellas County Schools. All team members are eligible for the Walker’s Video Arts scholarship. A total of $5,000 will be awarded for the winning entry to be split equally among the team members.

All additional requirements must be turned in to WPDS-TV14 along with your application by May 7, 2010, the video arts deadline.
