Friends of the Pinellas Education Foundation, Use Corporate Code PCSCHL for a 25% discount off daily rack/sell rates for all room/ suite types at the Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites valid now through December 31, 2011.

Discount is based upon availability at time of reservation and subject to terms and conditions during the specific reservation dates, i.e. minimum night stay.

Employee, associate, vendor and/or client must mention at time of reservation that they are with Pinellas Education Foundation to receive discount or access your special rates by going to www.SunsetVistas.com and clicking on Rates and Availability, enter your preferred dates and type in your specific Corporate Code: PCSCHL. For every reservation booked and consumed, a $5.00 rebate will be mailed back to the Pinellas County Education Foundation.

Employee, associate, vendor and/or client will be responsible for guaranteeing and paying for their reservation including room, tax and incidental charges.

If reserving 5 rooms/suites per night or more, reservations must go through the group sales office, please call 727-456-7213.

Making Reservations:

To check room availability and/or make a reservation please call our local number at 727-360-1600 or our toll free number at 1-866-597-1600 and ask for the Reservations Department. Inform the clerk that you have a Negotiated Corporate Rate Agreement and that you are with Pinellas Education Foundation or access your special rates by going to www.SunsetVistas.com and clicking on Rates and Availability, enter your preferred dates and type in your specific Corporate Code: PCSCHL.

Once the clerk has verified availability of room(s) and your special discounted rate, they will ask for a credit card to guarantee your reservation.

• The NCR rates are based upon availability and may not be available during peak occupancy times.
• Rates are net, non-commissionable, plus applicable taxes, currently 12%, subject to change without notice.
• Free reserved parking for only one vehicle per 2 bedroom suite, 2 vehicles per 3 bedroom suite.
• Boat trailer or RV trailer parking is not permitted on property.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Maximum of 4 adults and 2 children, under 18 years of age, in the two-bedroom suite, maximum 6 adults and 2 children in a three-bedroom suite.
• All suites are non-smoking, smoking is permitted on your private balcony.
• Weekly maid service, every other day towel and trash service, full maid service is available for a fee.
• Complimentary daily newspaper delivered to your suite each morning.
• Complimentary use of Fitness Room and Business Center.
• Complimentary wireless high-speed internet access available in the Sunset Café.
• Wireless high-speed internet service is available in your suite for an additional fee.  

Guest Incidental Charges

Each guest will be required to leave a credit card imprint or $100 cash deposit upon check-in to guarantee incidental charges.

Payment Policy

Unless otherwise indicated, each guest will be responsible for their room rate, taxes and incidental charges upon departure.

Cancellation/No Show

Guaranteed reservations that are no shows or canceled less than SEVENTY-TWO (72) hours prior to guest arrival will be assessed a one night room charge plus tax. A cancellation number must be obtained from the hotel's reservation department for all cancellations.

Early Departure Policy

Early departures will result in a charge of one night room and tax.

Check-in/Check-out Time

Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is before 11:00 a.m.
